I grew up on a dairy farm and farming is in my blood. Working on the farm provided opportunities to modify equipment in order to make it work better. 

In 2015,  I started Hoover Ag to  make complete the machinery.  To this day, that pattern still exists. Find a need, develop a solution, and then test it on our farm  to make sure it works.
