I grew up on a dairy farm and farming is in my blood. Working on the farm provided me with a lot of opportunities to modify equipment in order to make it work better. Then I also had a chance to test my idea right there on the farm. To this day, that pattern still exists. I see a need, develop a solution, and then test it to make sure I got it right. That is essentially what Hoover Ag is all about.
